The proxyproto plugin parsed PROXY protocol v2 headers only to recover the real
client address; the TLV vector was discarded, so downstream plugins had no way to
read values such as the AWS VPC endpoint ID, SSL client CN, or vendor-specific
custom TLVs.
Add an opt-in `tlv_metadata` option. When set, the connection's raw PPv2 TLV
vector is captured and the plugin, acting as a metadata.Provider, publishes it
under the `proxyproto/tlv` label as a hex-encoded string. Consumers decode and
split it with proxyproto.SplitTLVs. The option is off by default, so existing
deployments skip the extra per-connection processing and behave exactly as before.
PROXY protocol v1 connections, which carry no TLVs, are unaffected.
Capture spans all transports: dns:// (UDP and TCP), tls:// (DoT), https:// (DoH),
grpc://, quic:// (DoQ), and https3:// (DoH3). QUIC-based transports require
udp_session_tracking, since the PPv2 header arrives as a standalone first datagram
ahead of the QUIC handshake.
Includes unit tests for capture, the metadata provider (direct and through the
real metadata chain), v1 compatibility, and option parsing, plus README and man
page updates.

* core: Reject conflicting TLS policies on shared listeners.
This PR tries to fix the issue when multiple zones share a DoT listener, CoreDNS can apply one sibling block’s tls.Config to all zones, allowing weaker TLS or client-auth settings to override a stricter zone.

Keep miekg/dns's default request policy unless a plugin explicitly registers an additional opcode. Aggregate the policy at the listener, then enforce it again after zone routing so mixed server blocks on one socket remain isolated.
Apply the same policy to UDP, TCP, and DNS-over-TLS while preserving TSIG verification and the one-question requirement.

* introduce new interface "dnsserver.Viewer", that allows a plugin implementing it to decide if a query should be routed into its server block.
* add new plugin "view", that uses the new interface to enable a user to define expression based conditions that must be met for a query to be routed to its server block.

* For caddy v1 in our org
This RP changes all imports for caddyserver/caddy to coredns/caddy. This
is the v1 code of caddy.
For the coredns/caddy repo the following changes have been made:
* anything not needed by us is deleted
* all `telemetry` stuff is deleted
* all its import paths are also changed to point to coredns/caddy
* the v1 branch has been moved to the master branch
* a v1.1.0 tag has been added to signal the latest release

github.com/coredns is now also a coredns dep, this makes
github.com/coredns/caddy fit more natural in the list.

* create pkg/reuseport
Move the core server listening functions to a new package so plugins can
use them.
Also make *all* servers use the functions here; as only the udp/tcp
listeners where using SO_REUSEPORT (if available). This is the only
actual change in this PR; in it's core it's just a move of 2 files.
This can also be used to cleanup the dance we're doing now for
re-acquiring the sockets in e.g. the metrics plugins and the ready
plugin.

* Add server instance to the context in ServerTLS and ServerHTTPS
The problem with the current code is that there's no way to get the server instance inside a plugin.
Because of that "metrics" plugin sets empty "server" label for requests served over TLS or HTTPS.
* use s.Server instead of s
* Added server to the context of grpc requests
Create plugin/pkg/transport that holds the transport related functions.
This needed to be a new pkg to prevent cyclic import errors.
This cleans up a bunch of duplicated code in core/dnsserver that also
tried to parse a transport (now all done in transport.Parse).

* global: move to context
Move from golang.org/x/net/context to std lib's context.
Change done with:
for i in $(grep -l '/context' **/*.go); do sed -e 's|golang.org/x/net/context|context|' -i $i; echo $i; done
for i in **/*.go; do goimports -w $i; done
* drop from dns.pb.go as well
