Brings clouddns to parity with route53, which already exposes
aws_endpoint for overriding the API endpoint (useful for pointing at a
local emulator or test environment). clouddns has no equivalent - its
client constructor only ever accepts a credentials option.
Changes f's single option.ClientOption parameter to variadic
...option.ClientOption so credentials and endpoint can be combined, and
adds the endpoint case wired to option.WithEndpoint, Google's own
client option for this exact purpose.
Extends TestSetupCloudDNS with endpoint coverage (valid value, missing
arg). Verified it fails without the setup.go change (unknown property
error) and passes with it.

Brings clouddns to parity with route53, which already exposes a
refresh directive to control how often zones are re-synced. clouddns
currently hardcodes this to 1 minute (delay := 1 * time.Minute in Run)
with no way to change it.
Adds a refresh field to the CloudDNS struct, threads it through New(),
and has Run() use h.refresh instead of the hardcoded delay. Parses the
refresh directive in setup() mirroring route53's exact validation
(accepts a plain number as seconds or a duration string, must be
greater than 0).
Extends TestSetupCloudDNS with refresh coverage (valid duration, valid
plain number, missing arg, non-numeric, zero, negative). Verified it
fails without the setup.go change (unknown property error) and passes
with it.

Enable intrange linter to enforce modern Go range syntax over
traditional for loops, by converting:
for i := 0; i < n; i++
to:
for i := range n
Adding type conversions where needed for compatibility
with existing uint64 parameters.

This commit uses a cancelable context to spawn goroutines that refresh
records from a cloud DNS provider. The Caddy shutdown routine uses the
returned cancel function to terminate existing goroutines when a USR1
reload signal is received.

* For caddy v1 in our org
This RP changes all imports for caddyserver/caddy to coredns/caddy. This
is the v1 code of caddy.
For the coredns/caddy repo the following changes have been made:
* anything not needed by us is deleted
* all `telemetry` stuff is deleted
* all its import paths are also changed to point to coredns/caddy
* the v1 branch has been moved to the master branch
* a v1.1.0 tag has been added to signal the latest release

github.com/coredns is now also a coredns dep, this makes
github.com/coredns/caddy fit more natural in the list.

Abstract the caddy call and make it simpler.
See #3261 for some part of the discussion.
Go from:
~~~ go
func init() {
caddy.RegisterPlugin("any", caddy.Plugin{
ServerType: "dns",
Action: setup,
})
}
~~~
To:
~~~ go
func init() { plugin.Register("any", setup) }
~~~
This requires some external documents in coredns.io to be updated as
well; the old way still works, so it's backwards compatible.
