* Remove version pinning of thrift, ugoriji/go, and etcd
For incompatibility reasons at one point, we were forced
to pining the version of thrift, ugoriji/go, and etcd
to very specific versions (some are not versioned commits)
to get around the build issues.
It looks like those incompatibility issues are gone so
we could remove the pinning of thrift, ugoriji/go, and etcd.

* Update client-go to v10.0.0 (Kubernetes 1.13)
This fix updates client-go to v10.0.0 which matches
Kubernetes 1.13 (released several days ago).
Other changes in Gopkg.yaml:
- Updated apimachinary, api, klog, yaml associated with k8s version
go dep will not automatically match the version.
- Added [prune] field (otherwise go dep will not prune automatically)

k8s' client-go has been updated to v8.0.0 (1.11). This fix
updates client-go dependency so that it is in sync.

This fix is an vendor update. Both ugorji and thrift have to be pinned
to compile. The ugorji is from etcd and thrift is from zipkin.
This fix fixes#1802.

We don't need to vendor this anymore as we moved to the std lib for
these.

* remove go-shlex
This fix updates go dep with `dep ensure --update` as well as the following:
- Removed github.com/ugorji/go restriction in Gopkg.toml (fixes #1557)
- Added github.com/flynn/go-shlex in Makefile (neede by Caddy, maybe removed later)

* Update k8s client-go to v6.0.0
This fix updates k8s client-go to v6.0.0 as CoreDNS is supported
in 1.9 and v6.0.0 is the recommended version.
There are quite some massive changes that need to be made:
1. k8s.io/client-go/pkg/api/v1 has been changed to k8s.io/api/v1 (repo changed from `client-go` to `api`)
2. kubernetes.Clientset adds one extra layer, so that `kubernetes.Clientset.Services()` and like has been changed to `kubernetes.Clientset.CoreV1().Services()`
Also, we have to stick with specific commits of `k8s.io/apimachinery` and the newly introduced `k8s.io/api`
because go dep still could not figure out the right version to fetch.

The `apache/thrift` recently released a new version of `0.11.0`
several days ago. This release is compatible with other packages
and as such, there is no need to pinning the `apache/thrift`
to `master` anymore in Gopkg.toml.
This fix removes the pinning of `apache/thrift` in Gopkg.toml,
and updates all dependencies of coredns.

This fix is an attempt to fix the issue raised #1192.
The issue that a plain `dep -ensure update` fails is because
the incompatibility of ugorji/go with the rest of packages (etcd, k8s etc)
and the incompatibility of client-go vs. apimachinery.
This fix fixed apimachinery and ugorji/go so that it is possible
to use `dep -ensure update`.
Previously updates has to be done individually, e.g.,
`dep -ensure update github.com/coreos/etcd`
This fix fixes#1192.
